Cultyvate solutions work using wireless sensors, cloud, crop models, satellite data, IVR and  AI/ML. Our irrigation automation solution process watering schedules based on real-time data collected from the sensors on the field plus satellite and sends instructions to farmers via IVR. We are looking for a backend developer who is keen on building tech with social impact. 

You will be expected to understand and maintain applications written using PYTHON to initiate IVR calls, collect feedback and derive meaningful insights from the data collected. You will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the application while ensuring the application is high-performance when servicing requests from the front end.  Additionally, you will also be involved in the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the database (MongoDB).  

Job Description

  • Interviews, hires, and trains marketing staff members
  • Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
  • Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services
  • Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
  • Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
  • Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other digital marketing-related projects
  • Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
  • Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
  • Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
  • Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback


  • Candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in online and offline marketing
  • Skills to build team
  • Should have excellent communication skill
  • Should have experience in Digital marketing strategies – Email campaign,SEO
  • Should have good organization and planning skills
  • Skills to create, manage, coordinate marketing activities
  • Skills to analyze, observe and monitoring markettrends


MBA/ PGDM/Masters or equivalent
